ServiceNow Event Manager - AppManager pushing information

Hi all. 

Has anyone setup a process to push information from an alert to the ServiceNow Event Manager data base? I know App Manager can create a ServiceNow ticket, but we want to just update the Event Manager DB within ServiceNow.
