Setting a technician to see only their department requests

Setting a technician to see only their department requests

Hi Everyone,

Is it possible to set a technician so they can only see their department's tickets within a support group?


For example we have a general helpdesk support group, Could we make the manager of Department "X" be able to see only their departments requests within this support group if they are a technician, without having to see all other types of requests within this support group?


I dont know how simple i made it but hopefully someone understands me :)
