Single Sign On from Service Desk Plus to AD Manager Plus?

Is it possible to retain the logged-in session from Service Desk Plus when using the "Jump To" feature to connect to AD Manager Plus? This would be useful as the same technician login accounts from our Service Desk Plus environment are going to be used in the AD Manager Plus environment.

Also is it possible to change the default login domain from AD Manager Plus to instead login to our Active Directory domain?
