So we tried doing a ClickaTell account(Trial initially) and using custom settings in SSPlus to test out, however, the clickatell URL of  http://api.clickatell.com/http/sendmsg? does not work.  ClickaTell claims that is the URL I need to be using, but SSPLUS claims it is an "invalid url" so I can not use it.

Next, we tried Twilio, and their URL works fine.  I am able to receive SMS text messages on my cell phone when I need to do a password reset/unlock/change, but it ONLY works on my phone.  None of my test users ever get a SMS message sent to their phones when they try.

I submitted tickets to both ClickaTell AND Twilio and both are over a week old.

Can you folks please let me know who you are using for your SMS provider?  This is really holding up my project and I feel it is a very simple fix, if someone could just respond back to me.

Do you folks have to keep an up to date cell phone number list and have them all verified before SSPlus can send them a text message using your provider?  If that is the case, it is a show stopper, we have nearly 14k active accounts and do not want to be forced to maintain an active list.

Our users should be able to add a cell phone number when they enroll, and the SMS service provider should use that cell phone number.  I am just frustrated because I can not get a response from either vendor, and this issue seems quite simple.  Can one of you kind individuals please help me, or at least explain to me what it is that I am missing?

TBH, we really do not care which vendor we go with, we just want our users to be able to get SMS messages on their cell phones should they need to do a password reset, unlock, or change.  Am I over-complicating this?
