We installed an agent on a Windows 7 system on May 5, 2017 10:43 AM. 
I had setup a software meter against Outlook.exe.
Outlook.exe usage on this system is currently 43 days, 01 hours, 33 minutes.

I'm not sure how Outlook.exe usage is > 43 days because the agent was installed 31 days ago. Version 10.0.87

How can this phenomenon be explained?
