I'm trying to set up database monitor query but running into some issues. Trying to run a very simple query as the one below:

select 'STATE', v FROM DPAADM.CONPRM where P = 'PI_HEARTBEAT';

But getting following error msg at the top of the page when trying to save:

Got ORA-00933: SQL command not properly ended 

The query works perfectly fine on toad.

What is frustrating also is that even after putting in another query copied from another healthy monitor and saving it, at the top of the page it shows same error pointing to the old query, looks like some refreshing issue. Tried to refresh few times but to no avail. Then ?I tried to recreate the monitor putting the script that's running fine on other monitors and when saving it, still getting ORA-00933... but it's exaclty the same script!

product version: Applications Manager 12 

Any ideas?
