Hi David,

Thank you for writing to us. NetFlow Analyzer shows conversations from the interfaces of the devices from source to destination based on the IP address using the NetFlow packtes exported.

We do not show the information directly based on the URL's like Facebook or Gmail. We show the information based on the top applications using the bandwidth.

We have an option called Top sites, where we show the top 5 sites and its users based on the each application.

This we get based on the manual mapping created. You can create the mapping for top sites that you want to see under Settings -> NetFlow -> Mapping -> Top Sites based on the IP address or Range or Network that the sites use and see the Top sites information under each interface drill down ( Inventory -> Interfaces -> Click on the Interface you want to see the information -> Scroll down to the Top Sites widget -> click on refresh icon on the right top of widget to get the information).

Thanks & Regards,
