Status exceeding threshold - report

Status exceeding threshold - report

Hi all


I am wanting to setup reports to flag tickets that have exceeded certain thresholds e.g. Any tickets with the status "Pending User Response" longer than 3 days.

Unfortunately I cannot see a way to so this.

What criteria would I use to set this up?

For the time being, I have managed to get by (refer to attached) however I cannot automate this report as I need to stipulate a fixed date every time.

Any suggestions are welcome.
