Switch configs not downloading to tftp server on 2nd interface

We have DeviceExpert build 5981 installed on MS Server 2012. The server has 2 interfaces on different vlans. One vlan is able to download configs via tftp without issue. The other isn't as it is trying to find the tftp server on the that is on the 1st interfaces vlan. So the command that it is running is:
copy running-config tftp 10.0.0.X SWITCH_CONFIG
instead of
copy running-config tftp 10.0.100.X SWITCH_CONFIG
I have set tftp to bind to all interfaces (0.0.0.0) but it doesn't resolve the issue.
Does anyone have any ideas how to resolve this?
