Sync Archived Tickets

Sync Archived Tickets

Hi 

When a request in Manage Engine has been closed, we archive it after 3 months.

I am trying to sync data into Analytics, does anyone know if the archived ticket data is sync'd or does the analytics exclude this?

I want to look at all the data for 2016 but the incoming tickets are only showing October onwards. i have set the sync from January 2016.
