Sync error to ServiceDesk Plus

Just started getting this: 

FAILURE :Exception in displaying ManageEngine Analytics Plus configuration details.

Please report the problem to the system administrator. Support file will have the error trace to analyze the problem and which can be created at Support -> Create Support File.



In the ServiceDesk Plus Admin sync area. Any ideas why? i didn't change anything and I can PULL from Analytics fine and both servers are accessible.
