Technichin on mobile

On mobile my technichian can't see the option update status after reply same like on website, because almost our technichian use mobile, so when this feature is availible or any method to do that ?

And on Custom Schedules i can see only repeate hour,day or month but i want it minute so how can i do it .

Thanks for your respond Alagar,
My case is all my accient request have status "Approved" , the script will scan and update status is "Go To Purchase Order", because my client don't want do it manually, and if that i need the delay is 5 or 10 mean for kpi, so i want in 5 or 10 min it will automatically update the status Sir.

Hi Hieu,

We are currently enhancing the "Custom Trigger" to execute on "Request is Approved". We can move the status to "Go To Purchase Order" via the scripts configured. This will happen instantly on approval.

Beside that, not only for approval, because in SDP when submit approval have only option to on hold, but i want it change to my custom status, so delay is minute iis greate, and can you tell me the time when update status on mobile complete, i think it very important, because if my technichian have only mobile, they need take a photo,,go to app attach,then edit again and update status, any custom trigger for reply description,now only have descipttion when created or edit the ticket.
