Technician account disappeared
Hello there,
SDP Version :
9.0 Build 9027
I was changing technician passwords and business rules in SDP and noticed that my recent changes have disappeared.
Upon further investigation, I discovered that the two technician account have disappeared from Admin--> Users--> Technicians page. However, I am still able to login using the disappeared technician accounts.
How do I restore these disappeared accounts ?
