Technician unable to login to application after changing password

Technician unable to login to application after changing password

I have a technician of the AD Manager Plus application that changed their password yesterday and is now unable to login to the application.  All other users are able to login successfully without issue.  When this particular technician tries to login they receive a j_security error in Google Chrome and also receive a webpage cannot be displayed when using IE.  I have resynched all Domain Settings to make sure that everything is all synched up.  The techniican has tried to login from multiple computers and receives the same messages.

Anyone have any ideas?
