The "Forward Solution" Feature in SDP

We are trialling ManageEngine SDP and we have come to notice that when a user forwards a solution to another person, the email appears to be from the 'Reply-To' address configured in the Outgoing mail settings. The content of the solution in the 'Forward Solution' window is completely editable, meaning anyone with the lowest permissions (SD Guest) can use this platform to remove the solution from the email body and send any email appearing to be SDP Pro, or in our case, we make SDP Pro appear to be the IT Department alias. I imagine this would be a major problem for most IT departments. We have been able to prove that anyone in the company will be able to spoof emails as us and that is unacceptable, it will be the show stopper that stops us buying your product.
 
There are three ways this can feasibly be addressed:
 
1) Stop users from editing the content of the solution before it is forwarded (why would they need to anyway? Maybe create an additional form field that allows them to add their own notes).
2) Have the email appear from the user who sent it.
3) Include an option in your global settings to prevent users from sending solutions.
 
Maybe there is an option to stop this from happening, if so, can you advise where that option is?
