Ticket system issue?

Ticket system issue?

Hi everyone

I no longer receive the "[##123456##] Your ticket has been created" emails when I open tickets with ManageEngine. These emails used to arrive within minutes after an email was sent to desktopcentral-support@manageengine.com. Last week was the first time I noticed this. Is anyone else seeing this?
