Unable to add VCenter

Unable to add VCenter

Hi,

I am trying to add the VCenter with SSO Credential in Opmanager v12 and I am having an issue that shows "Add Device Failed". Any Suggestion? I tried with Domain admin and also SSO ( administrator@vsphere.local) but still got no luck.
