unable to change zoho reports integraton settings in SDP

We are using service desk MSP and anaytics plus with integration.
I want to change the setting the integration settings to
ManageEngine Analytics Plus (On Premise) under SDP Advanced Analyse menu.
But every settings field and items (Radio buttons) are gray and not active . it is not possible change any
setting .
We are getting the below messages (we are using Turkish )
