Unable to fetch Asset Details from ServiceDeskPlus

Hi

Initially I have been using Trial version of ServiceDesk Plus 7 and I uninstalled it from my system. So whenever I try to update "Asset Details" in OPManager, it gives me the following error:

Unable to fetch Asset Details from ServiceDeskPlus.

Possible Reasons
Check whether the device is added in ServiceDeskPlus
Check whether the ServiceDeskPlus Server is running



Can you please let me know what configuration I need to do in order to update the asset details even I am not using ServiceDesk Plus 7. I am using SQL server as my database
