Unable to update Opmanaer - Server is currently running,
Hello,
Trying to do a update to 12.0-SP2 (ManageEngine_OpManager_12_0_SP-2_0_0.ppm)
C:\ManageEngine\OpManager\bin>echo off
Path : C:\ManageEngine\OpManager\conf\netflow\nfa.properties
PortCheckerUtil.getPort : serviceName :WEBSERVER_PORT Flag : false

Server is currently running. Please shutdown the server to run this script.
I have stop, then disable the server the service, rebooted the server tried to run the update process but it always fails.
No Java or wrapper.exe processes are running.
Even after the reboot I have ran the shutdown.bat file and still it will not update.
Any ideas?
