Unable to upgrade to 7.6

I've just posted this under the 'Start a discussion' area but have just spotted the 'Report a problem' area - apologies for the duplication.
 
Hi - I am experiencing issues updating to 7.6 from 7513.  The steps I am undertaking are as follows:
 
1)  Stopped SD service using the shutdown command.  This doesn't work for me and the server seems to automatically restart itself.  I receive the following in the wrapper.log file:

So as per article: http://forums.manageengine.com/#topic/49000003927100 I end the process tree for wrapper.exe.
 
2)  Using updatemanager.bat I select the 7.6 upgrade file (ManageEngine_ServiceDesk_Plus_MSP_7_5_0_SP-2_0_0.ppm).
3)  A full backup is successfully undertaken.
4)  The terms and conditions are accepted.
5)  The installation gets to the 'post invocation' step whereby an error is received.
6)  I am forwarded to http://www.manageengine.com/products/service-desk-msp/upgardefailure.html with the Manage Engine error:  'Sorry, there is no web page matching your request.'. 
 
I am not sure what log file I should be checking for information around this error (the event log button as part of the installation banner does not bring up anything).
 
What could be wrong?
