Upgrade from 6903 to 7000 fails v2
Hi There,
I'm unable to upgrade PMP to 7000 from 6903, the installation fails constantly. I had two issues while installing

Host is Windows Server 2012.

I'm unable to upgrade PMP to 7000 from 6903, the installation fails constantly. I had two issues while installing
- Exception error but resolved this by deleting the patch folder in the PMP folder
- After clearing that I now get a 'Could not start Postgres database'.
No log files are generated and I'm running the command prompt as as Admin
