Upgrade OpUtils with servipack 7000.ppm

Upgrade OpUtils with servipack 7000.ppm

I use OpUtils build number 61011. I recieve by email the upgrade pack 7000.ppm.
When i Installed this pack my network devices not responde to snmp. The read community is the same, just installed the new pack with UpdateManager.sh

Please, tell me what is the issue
