Upgrade problem | Invalid username and/or password"

Hello All,

A few days ago, I tried to upgrade application manger (build version 11410 to 12100). I have followed the "Upgrade Guide" and the installation seem to be okay. However when I tried to log-in I had an error "Invalid username and/or password". I tried with the former and default password without succes.

What could be the problem cause ?

I really appreciate any help you can provide.
