Hello,

Recently our ServiceDesk Plus MSP was upgraded to 9.2 Build 9208.  Tested the installation of 9209 and it errors.  The installation stops and uninstalls.  Wondered if anyone else has had an issue with this patch?

      Sorry for the inconvenience caused during the upgrade. As of now , since the upgrade failed please revert to the older version by referring the steps mentioned in the link below,


      Before reverting, please send us the log folder zipped from ServiceDeskPlus-MSP\server\default path for analyzing the root cause behind the upgrade failure. 

      Please contact support ( msp-servicedeskplus-support@manageengine.com ) with the above details and refer this Forum post for assistance.
