VIP and service request approvals
Hi,
Most of our service request templates require approvals (workflow) from $ReportingTo .
What we don't want is our VIP's having to get approvals from the CEO. They have enough authority to request without approvals and I don't want to get fired by annoying the CEO.
anyway to achieve VIP's not requiring approvals?
