VMManager Plus - VCSA 6.5

VMManager Plus - VCSA 6.5

We just installed the VMWare vCenter Appliance (VCSA) 6.5.  

I'm looking at some ManageEngine tools and one of them is VMManager Plus.  I cannot add the VCSA 6.5 appliance to VMManager Plus.  I get a "Add Device Failed" error message.  I've tried Windows Crendentials, VMWare credentials, etc. and I can't VMManager Plus to add the VCSA appliance to VMManager.

Has anyone else came across this problem?
