Is there a simple guide when installing VNC?

Does the VNC work with a third party solution like Real VNC or Ultra VNC?

I have been working with Real VNC recently and have this setup for connecting outwith the LAN. Is this something which is also possible with Service desk or would I be best looking elsewhere for a remote solution when dealing with remote clients?

I have been looking at Teamviewer and LogmeIn but thought if Manage Engine provided an all in one solution then there would be no point in looking towards these solutions right now.
