Where are the additional fields ?!?!

Where are the additional fields ?!?!

I'm trying to create a new report using queries but Iam stuck ...


in which table the servicedesk store the additional fields informations ??

I found one table.
ServiceCatalog_Fields but I only got the weird names such as GUDF_CHAR16 !!!

How the servicedesk knows that GUDF_CHAR16 is the additional field X or Y  ?????
