Windows Login Screen - GINA

Windows Login Screen - GINA

Before installing GINA on the user's computer, when a user locked their computer, or it timed out and locked itself, they would return, Press CTRL+ALT+DEL, and they would be presented with their username (pre-defined), and a password box to type their password in.

After GINA, when they press CTRL+ALT+DEL on a locked computer, they are presented with 3 user accounts to choose from : 1. Smart Card, 2. their user account, 3. Unlock/Change password. They have to click the account, then are presented with their account and password box.

I would like to have things work as such that they will still have the link under the password box allowing them to change their password and unlock, but not be presented with choices on which user account / authentication method, as it should ALWAYS take them directly to their password prompt.

This issue, though seemingly small, has become a sticking point for us. In an environment where we had to fight tooth and nail to enable screen locking at all, and where users assume their computer is broken because something is different, we want to eliminate as much 'small stuff' as possible.

Any help would be appreciated.
