I have a Desktop PC running Windows 10 (target) and a laptop running Windows 10 (Server). There is no domain setup on both.

I have added the desktop to OPmanager and successfully setup SNMP as well as WMI. The test credentials shows as a success. If I go to the monitor tab and select windows service monitors and then add a service, I will get an empty list.

Isnt there suppose to be a list of windows services running on the desktop?

Even if I go to setup > Monitoring > Monitors> Windows Service >Add and select my desktop pc and type in my username and password, it still shows an empty list. How do I update/populate them?

Since there is no error  , its very hard to troubleshoot this problem and  I hope someone is able to assist.
