WMI-based resource monitor is not showing any data of CPU Utilization

Attachment 1:
We have encountered a problem when I use WMI to monitor the CPU Utilization of Windows server 2012.
We have checked the credential and try to run the cpu.vbs and getting error. Please help to diagnostic what is the problem is and the solution.
Current use : OpManager 11 build number 11500
